Should I avoid Boxster with RMSeal repair?
Looking at a 2001 Boxster S that has 32k. Had rear main seal and clutch replaced at 27K under warranty. I be concerned? Would this effect trade in value down the road?

The RMS was finally "perfected" around 2005 with the PTFE version & all cars should be updated with this seal when feasable so this is a +, but you should still get a PPI done by the best shop available.

NO, NOT AN ISSUE. RATHER HAVE IT DONE. MAY AS WELL DO THE CLUTCH WHILE YOUR IN THERE. Quote:
NO. I'D PAY MORE, NOT LESS, FOR A CAR WITH A NEW CLUTCH AND RMS... JUST CHECK OUT EVERYTHING ELSE. Quote:
