If I were to sell my car.....
If I were to sell my car it would be worthless. It's funny, all the things I like about new pcars I have kinda. The only thing that would really keep me interested in the car would be to pdk it and put a full new 987 interior in it. Kinda pipe dreams but..... Anything else that I like right now is out of my price range. I love the boxster spyder.
Selling my car and using the money as a down payment on any of the below would be a joke.
Things I'd buy if money was no option in order.
1.R8 V10 Egear
2.GTR
3 or 4.Spyder PDK
4 or 4.Cayman R PDK
99 base 2.5 boxster
52k on the body
34k on the motor
7k on the tranny
My car.
3.4 engine swap
2005 cayman 5 speed transmission
cayman 5 speed clutch
IPD Plenum
IPD Intake tube
H&R Coilovers
19 Carrera sport something wheels. 997s
Hankook tires
Aerokit 1Full
Red/black two tone interior
Turbowerx headers
Fabspeed bypass pipes sometimes
Fabspeed High flow cats sometimes
S Muffler
EM Uego Gauge type analog
Autometer column gauge pod
Scanguage
Lightronics & self leveling kit
New tail lights
Smoked side markers
Custom Rear subwoofer
New speakers through out
New Stereo
Apexi AFC
Painted Console
B&M Shifter
Too much invested to let go.
Sorry I'm just rambling. This is what happens when I have been watching my 17 month old all day and it has been pouring out side.

Jaay, your ramblings are fine with me. Your car sounds like it has everything a Porsche needs. A car like that would be worth a lot to me, great investment. Live long and prosper.

Jaay,
I can commiserate with you . My boxster had an MSRP of $62K, followed by nigh on to 40K in mods ! That puts me in 360 Modena and early Gallardo territory !

I wasn't pointing at you specifically Jaay... just saying divorce in general cost way more than we spend on our cars... no need to feel sorry about spending money on the car and "getting nothing back" because you're enjoying every second of it.

One of the funniest things I heard when I got divorced 16+ years ago was..... "do you know why divorce is so expensive"????..... "because it's worth it"!!
