As the title asks, do all wheels that fit 986 Boxster S fit non-S models?

Yes as long as you are talking about 986S to 986 or 987S to 987. It's the 16" base wheels that will not fit over the brakes on the S.

I tried 986 wheels on my S. They did not fit on the front due to the larger red brake caliper. I did not try the rears and would not use spacers due to insurance issues here in Aussie.
