Body shops, body kits and labor costs.
If you followed my last few posts, I wrecked my 99 and the damage is so bad I would have to replace/repair every panel. In my quest to find replacement parts, I found this: cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350460473808
Now the question is this: What is a reasonable price to pay a body shop to have that kit installed and painted and will that kit replace all my panels? |

Cheers! |
If you really need to "replace or repair every body panel," then you need to buy a new car....

Not only is that body kit hideous and ridiculous looking, I imagine that the build quality is
nothing short of what one would expect to see a bunch of kids at a vocational school turn out . I agree with Cloudsurfer, if you need to replace or repair every body panel on your vehicle, then you need to buy a new car . |
You wrapped the first one around a tree.. maybe $5k in driving lessons would be more beneficial :)
That kit is hideous. In addition, every 16 year old with an acura or honda will race you and you will look foolish... Boxster with GT1 engine/suspension > GT1 with Boxster engine/suspension |
Looking at the rear view of the finished model, the line from "Gumball Rally" comes to mind: "What's-a behind me is not important".
