Where can I find...
 

I'm looking for a set of the black plastic mesh inserts for the rollbars behind each head rest. I believe they just pressure fit into the rollbars. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Watch Ebay. They come on about once every two weeks. Dealer also has them, but brace yourself for the price :eek:

I see them go on Ebay for 75~120.00 for the set. Still too expensive if you ask me for cheap plastic.

Wind Deflector is the name of the part in the Porsche part list for 986's...

part #986 561 584 00 (right)
part #986 561 583 00 (left)


And just for the heck of it for other readers of this post...

The center Lexan (clear) 986 wind deflector has a part#986 561 321 00

The part number for the kit needed to install it is #986 561 323 00

Jeff (Toolpants) just replaced his defective thumb tabs on the Lexan center wind screen and I saw a picture of it showing the part number on this forum or Renntech. Search both and you'll find them if yours are broken... and most of the older ones do get brittle and break, causing the thing to fly off when you're on the freeway.
