What I difference a new motor mount makes.

Put in a new motor mount and the results were great. A was getting some clutch chatter when launching below 1500 RPM, now its completely gone, original clutch is smooth as silk at 116k miles. Also gone is the 3k rpm vibration.

I did the water pump at the same time. Doing both repairs at the same time makes each a piece of cake. The mount is a breeze to take out when you disconnect the collant hose that are in the way. And the water pump is so much more accesible with the motor lowered and the mount out of the way. All the bolts came out with a ratchet and extension and using the torque wrench to tighten the bolts was a cake walk.
