HELP! In the middle of the RRS UNder Pulley install....

I'm having trouble installing the new belt. I have the RRS Under pulley and was told to get the napa 060827 belt but it seems impossible to get it on I need another half inch to get it on the tensinor pulleys. Belt model says exactly "25-060827" is this the one?

If you are certain you have the belt threaded correctly it sounds like you need a longer belt. As I recall one size does not fit all. Two years ago when I installed mine so recall is a bit fuzzy.

There's different sizes with that model number from "gates belt"?

Nope. Different belt length, different part #. I don't know which belt I used with my pulley.

I changed the belt for a 3/4 inch bigger. Barely came on. But I'm good to go, thanks!

I had the same issue and ended up re using the OEM belt which fits and was in like new condition. Eventually I will get a new and shorter belt as the OEM is "just" that bit too long for my taste......
