BBS CH-R lettering

Can anyone please confirm that the BBS CH-R wheels are available WITHOUT the "Motorsport" lettering around the bolt holes? Or that the lettering is a separate decal or something that you can leave off? Or that the lettering is easily removable without damaging the wheel's finish?

I really like these wheels, but not the lettering.

Thanks!

The lettering appears to be either a decal or some form of machine applied lettering. If thats the case, I'm sure a qualified paint professional could remove it.

AFAIK they all come with the lettering, it is part of the wheel (casting) and can not be peeled off or anything like that. The only wheels without the lettering came on certain Audi models like the S4, maybe some other makes/models, IDK.

If thats the case, this means that you would have to paint them. More work than its worth for an average cast wheel if you ask me.

No lettering!

To update this thread, I have recently determined that for Porsche applications in the U.S., the BBS CH-R wheels do NOT have the "MOTORSPORT" lettering.

Hooray! These wheels are suddenly much more attractive to me.
