Windy alarm

Looking for advise. my 99 Boxster seems to have a mind of it's own when you activate the anti-theft system. On windy days the alarm goes off for no apparent reason. Is there a way to lock the door without activating the anti-theft?

"lock" the door twice - disables the motion sensor.
