PH and conductivity of coolant

Hi, what is the acceptable ph and conductivity for coolant ?

I just did a check and mine turned out to be ph 8.2 and conductivity of 0.05v while idling... (used the portable ph meter for my marine fishtank)

I did a search on the internet and got varied answers on the ph - some said between 7.7 and 9 while others said 9 -10. Btw one of those sites gave me the win 7 total security malware and it took me the whole morning just to clean my computer !!

I don't have the history of when the coolant was changed, but at least 14 litres is new due to a prev thermostat/water pump change and later on a new coolant tank. The new coolant is distilled water mixed with concentrated alumimum coolant. Tested the distilled water and the ph was 9.0.
