Plastic wiper trim

Is there a name for that plastic piece (usually faded) that sits right below the windshield? Between the front trunk and the windshield. One of the mounts has broken and it's really faded. I might just paint it and see about fixing the mount. But I wanted to see how much the part costs. I didn't see a part number on that piece and I'd assume it's on the underside.

Does anyone know the part number or descriptive name?

Part # is 996.502.527.01GRV, referred to just as a "cowl".

Costs about $100.

Suncoast sold it in their webstore for only $45 until recently...it is now no longer listed in the "Wiper System" section for some reason.

A "back to black" bumper and trim dye product (like Griot's, or others) will take away the fading, that's what I have done.

"Forever Black" did a great job on mine, but it was just faded, not broken. There are several products out there for restoring faded black plastic. Some work, some don't. Some last, some have to be constantly re-applied.
