What the heck kind of customer service is that?
 

Ordered a set of track wheels for the Boxster from Tire Rack yesterday at 11am.

UPS delivers them today at 5pm!

No 2nd day, no overnight, just standard shipping!

Great, isn't it. One day standard shipping to Dallas is a big plus.

I'm always blown away by their prices, their customer service, and their unbelievably fast delivery. I use a local, family-owned tire shop to install the tires and the total is always great. I like the fact that Tire Rack carries so many brands of tires and I can review comments from so many actual drivers. I've started seeing ads for them on TV.

Tire rack always amazes me. I order a new set of bilstien shocks for the Fj last fall on a Wednesday thinking I was going to tackle it maybe over the weekend. They were on my front porch by Thursday at noon. My ordering of tires has always been the same way. They are a great company!

Last fall I ordered snow tires and alloy rims for my Jaguar at 2pm and got them in NH next day at 9:30am.
I could not believe it!!
