Shipping suggestions for bumper cover

Any ideas for reasonable cost shipping on a bumper cover? FedEx and UPS will not accept due to the length of the part. Greyhound works but is about $125 from DC to FL.

amtrak does shipping, as do a lot of commercial van lines. i don't know the size, but the standard post office does "large" shipments (their web page shows tires, guitars. i've seen skis shipped...)
