Rear boot carpet soaked and condensation on boot lid

This happens after lots of rain.

The coolant level is always at full and never goes down.

Last time I checked the interior carpets were dry.

I'm thinking about stripping back all of the boot carpet, but is there anything I can check to find out where the rain water is getting in from??

thanks.
