Car transport......

has anybody ever done this?
I'm getting it shipped from Fla to Ky.....and the quotes range from $450-750......some even off a $300 gasoline rebate (whatever that means).

It seems like there are a few TGTBT quotes. What have other people on here paid?

from FL to KY? Get on a plane and make the maiden voyage together!

That being said, go w/ a carrier who you know and trust (or at least has a good reputation from these kinds of boards). There are too many bogus/irresponsible car carriers out there and the last thing you want is to have your car arrive effed up. Call your local PCA group or the local Porsche dealer and find out who they use/recommend. Depending on where in FL (hopefully one of the bigger cities), there's a good likelyhood you can get loaded w/ some other high end cars headed your way...

Good luck :)
