Camshafts loocking for IMS removal HELP

Hi i recently got a 99 boxster and yesterday i dropped the trans to do the clutch RMS IMs and flywheel, Im trying to get specific information about locking the camshafts PLEASE HELP! I see 2 green plugs on the driver side cylinder head
and one plug on passenger side head- looking from under the car on the flywheel side, and then when Im looking from the inside of the car the two plugs are on the passenger side cylinder head ...so which two cams do i lock ? ln kit only has one locking tool for 5 chain motor included into the pro tool kit so i think that i have to lock the cams on one cylinder head only? and which one ? driver or passenger side cylinder heads?
For the chain tensioners do I remove just 2 accessible from under the car ?

Thanks for any help

The tool for the 5 chain is the same as the 3 chain. DO NOT further disassemble until you fully understand the process.

Thanks for the replies, Jake im not going to till i know for sure i can get this job done safely :) I red a lot about it and some guys didnt even lock the cams only put motor at TDC and removed the two tensioners_ they must be lucki.. I wouldnt want to take a chance
I red the tread from the link provided below but it still doesn't explain the camshaft locking procedure ,but the guy who started the whole tread was so nice and shipped mi his home made rms tool THANKS
Thanks for all the future advices !
