LED light on license plate

Folks,
Has anybody tried repalcing the 5w license plate bulb with the brighter but lower (2watts) LED light?
any issues at all ? errors on dash?

Begs the question, why would you want to make your plate easier to see?

just want my car to be seen quite clearly and attractive, if you know what i mean...which i think Lexus started, besides my car is so dark at night !
I'm glad Sam had tried it with no issues whatsoever, just bright white light !

Where in Toronto did you get them and how much?

I've done all possible T10 lights in/on car to LED T10. .much brighter and nicer white color
no issues @ all
I've also done licence plate, main interior light , front trunk (bonnet?) & rear trunk
again no issues
even did the T10 in headlights
no issues

Buy from a reputable store and buy the better quality led's

had them on my other Japanese Imports.... should be easy to find here.. just making sure there are no issues first... hopefully i can post something in the Spring when hopefully i get them...
