Dipped Beam too high

Hi, I`ve owned by 2003 Boxster for three weeks - and loving it - but seem to be attracting multiple angry headlight flashes from oncoming drivers at night. I think my dipped beam is set too high. Is this an easy adjustment, and if so how do I do it please? Thanks Robbie

details are in your owners manual but basically, there are a number of black rubber plug flaps and a knob behind the carpet in the frunk (front trunk) at the headlight modules.

One looks like a big black rubber knob (using this one as reference). Behind it is the release for the whole headlight assembly. A vertical rubber flap next to it toward the front bumper is the height adjustment for the fog light.

A few inches towards the passenger compartment but up a little higher are two more flaps but these are horizontally oriented. The top one is for horizontal (side to side) adjustment of the beam. The lower one is for vertical adjustments. Turning clockwise moves the beam downward, counterclockwise upward. Toolkit in frunk has tool needed to adjust.

:)

Most splendid instruction. Thank you so much. Will get on it.
