Gt3 front tarrett rear / end links install ??

Hi all,

Just picked up the GT3 front sway bar / Tarrett rear bar with links for my car. Anyone with experience swapping these out and have any pointers or know of a DIY guide? I have searched but haven't really found much. The front bar is self explanatory enough it seems but the rear looks to need some of the bracing of the rear suspension area to be removed.

Any pointers would be great!

Easy breezy.

Front:
Get your wheels off the ground so the car is in full droop. Remove the wheels. Install the front bar (lithium grease on the bushings) Attach the drop links and work the adjustment back and forth until you find the ideal length with no pre-load. Tighten the lock nuts making sure the swivels are at right angles. I like my front full soft but your mileage may vary.

Rear:
Full droop, wheels removed. Loosen the bolts and just twist and turn the bar until it slides out one side. Run the new bar in the same way. Adjust the drop links same as above. I like my rear 1 off full stiff but your mileage may vary.

Now go drive the car and re-check your lock nuts in a few days. I did have one work loose once.

Thanks for the reply

Thanks Topless,

Sounds pretty straightforward. I will try your settings to start as well. Trying to get a little understeer out of the car.

What type of tires do you run on the track?

Thanks again!

I run NT-01 255/17 on all four for DE, 225F 255R for time trial competition (BSX class rules).
