I used vacuum tubing that came from an aftermarket oil catch can to lengthen those hoses. Easy to splice in if the hose is sized properly, get some that is just a bit smaller than the oem hose. I cut the oem hose, inserted new hose inside of it, and gave it several good wraps of high temp electric tape. Make sure to use the good stuff - cheap is cheap and will not tolerate the heat of the engine bay.

If this is the hose that runs from the AOS to the front side of the left drivers side of the engine, it is a bear!

However if the flexible part in fact separates ifrom the metal part, consider replacing just the flexible part. I wish I had,

otherwise you have to remove airbox as wekll as a bunch of other stuff.

From experience no fun at all.
