99 boxster door won't open
 

If someone could help with this I would appreciate it. I have a 99 boxster. The remote does not work. Not that big an issue. However a few weeks ago I found that my key would not open the driver side door manually. The key just spins in the lock. Doesn't catch or connect with anything mechanically. Now I found that the driver side door is locked and i can not open it by any means. Key will not open it , outside door handle will not open it, inside door handle will not open it ,and the dash lock / unlock button will not release it . Thanks for any help you can give .
