Need help wiring RCA from HU to AMP in FRUNK

I have replaced my head unit, dash/door speakers and gotten rid of the useless stock amp. I have a new amp in the front trunk all wired up except for the RCA from the back of the head unit.

I can't seem to find a place to get through to the battery compartment or the trunk with the wires.

Does any one have suggestions or better yet pics?

There is an unused rubber grommet in the driver-side footwell, above the accelerator pedal. You can poke a hole in it to get the RCA cables into the battery area.

I drilled a hole from the frunk into the battery area - very close to the brake booster - to pass the RCA cables into the frunk area. If you're reluctant to drill, there is another rubber grommet between the frunk and the battery area toward the passenger side of the frunk.

routing RCA cable from head unit to frunk

You have to move the battery to the side to see/access the unused grommet. Cut a slit with a knife in the gromment then push a straightened coat hangar thru the grommet, past the interior padding and it will exit near the pedal area. Tape the RCA cables to the coat hangar and pull them thru.
