Is wheelsrims.net for real?

I'm pretty sure I read about www.wheelsrims.net on this forum, and they just seem to be too good to be true. They appear to be selling 18" OEM Porsche Carrera wheels (for instance) for only $114.95 each, whereas a popular legitimate mailorder Porsche dealer is selling them for $643.90 ea. front and $750 ea. rear.

Can wheelsrims REALLY be selling OEM wheels? Or are they Italian-made copies, or...remans? Or...what? I wouldn't describe the info on their site to be definitive as to who is manufacturing these "Porsche" wheels.

Anyone have any experience with them? Are they for real?

I'd like to hear some feedback too, those prices are crazy.

YMMV, but I have firsthand experience with them and they delivered as promised.

I bought 4 17" boxster s design wheels from them a month ago to use for winter tires. Price was $109 each + shipping. The wheels arrived about a week after ordering nicely boxed and in perfect condition. I received oem wheels with factory part #'s. The wheels are not new, they are reconditioned and freshly painted. Probably come from parts cars.

wow. i am hesitant too. ??? i was looking to buy some floor mats for my wife's mercedes. others want at least $100. here, supposedly, it's only $10. i better call to make sure they are the real deal before i put in the order. but if for real...wow!!

Crazy is right

considering what most places charge for just refinishing painted alloy wheels these are great prices. How do you know their structural integrity and trueness/balance?

I looked at the website and my impression was not to to order anything...... but with people here having good experience... legit after all?

Maybe, but like others have said, comprised structural integrity could be prevalent.
