Called the little grren guy up and the claims rep said that it would be covered under flood in my comprehensive policy. Yeah

BUT, I'll still post everything that happens and let you all know what the dealer replaces etc. This way anyone who runs into this and the insurance doesn't cover it, at least has some information to help.
