noise when powering thru corner

After about 3 runs on a autox course I started to get a grinding noise from
the rear when ever I apply power thru a corner
does anyone nave a clue as to what may cause this symptom?

My guess is that you may have a bad motor mount or a CV going bad.

the noise sounds like the water pump grinding on something,I am thinking about driving the car with the front axcess cover removed.

Could also be a wheel bearing going south on you.

I'll get back to all of you once I do some digging

I had a grinding noise/vibration when I powered thru right hand turns. Turned out to be a worn motor mount. It failed at 60k miles. New mount fixed the issue.
