Winscreen washer jets on 1999 Boxster
 

I recently purchased a 1999 boxster and when i use the winscreen washers the flow of water hits under the bonnet . Can these jets be adjusted down so that they hit the screen only

Depends. There were two types, adjustable and non-adjustable. The latter were original to a '99, but many have been upgraded. They are adjusted by swivelling the nozzle.

Thanks for the info . I will have a closer look to see which type it is and adjust if possible . If the non adjustable . How hard are they to replace ?

On my '97, I adjusted the direction of the spray by gently inserting a straight pin into the tip of the nozzle and was able to aim it in the right spot. Not sure if these are considered the adjustable style or not but it worked.
