Stereo not playing the last half of the songs on a CD?

I have the premium system in my 01 S and have a weird issue with it.

I burn my own CDs from itunes and then put them in the 6cd changer in the frunk. The car will play the first 3-5 songs but refuses to play the rest of them. The CDs work perfectly on an outside Cd player but my car just won't play them.

Anyone share this issue/have a solution?
