Quick question about exhaust

Are Cat by-pass pipes and Cat delete pipes the same thing, just two different names???

Example:

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/fabspeed-bypass-pipes-porsche-carrera-9805-p-7833.html

and

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/supersprint-delete-pipes-porsche-c2c4-9904-p-7529.html

Thanks,

Adam
