Rain water leaking

A small amount of rain water is leaking from the bottom center of the plastic rear window. :(

Before I do something stupid and regrettable on my own, can you guys recommend what has been done that worked?

Thanks in advance,

If it's leaking into the foam rubber tray and draining out...not much to worry about. Sealing and patching is usually a temp. fix. You need to the plastic replaced if the top is in very good condition. A good shop in is usually around $450 for the repair. be sure that they have done Boxsters before.

Thanks for the reply JCB.

I am afraid the leak leaves the carpet/engine insulation wet. A heavy passing shower left a half-dollar size wet spot.

I will apply a small amount of clear silicone adhesive sealant.
