got me a new goKart

got tired of the comfy highway cruiser, so got this. its probably half the size lol.

lots more mods coming of course, but here are some...
Hsport Springs
Dinan strut brace (still stuck in mail somewhere, got returned to sender grrr)
Megan Adjustable LCA's
Aero Grill
15% Alta Pulley
Alta Intake v2
Detroit Tuned Bypass Valve
Alta Sportone Stealth Exhaust (powdercoated black for stealth look, hence the name)
Rota Slipstreams
Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3
TSW Engine Damper
b&m short shifter
craven speed knob
yellow fogs
tinted windows and windshield
tinted tails, debadged, etc...

few things left, swaybars, boost and oil gauges, different roof graphic, still gotta hardwire the radar, want to upgrade to newer headlights (although these are oem xenons), remove ugly wiper from the back...and possibly BBK from willwood and some racing seats and probably a lot more that im forgetting...

heres a few pics

Nice car! Glad to hear you are still alive and playing with cars!

Ironically I picked up a kart as well... but it is an actually kart and not something that can be driven on the road.

yeah its photoshopped. I thought about doing something like that with my car. I love the actual cart. I would die to have one of those on the road here. SO MUCH FUN>

Garage
I have an 08 Cooper S that serves as my dd. Its a fun little car to zip around in. Your Cooper must go like a "scalded" monkey" ! Enjoy.

I think they're great cars. My buddy has a Clubman and loves it.

I just can't get past the God-awful Speedo in these cars. It's a poor representation of the original and is only lacking a coin slot and gumball ejector.

Like to see someone put out a nice aftermarket replacement because IMHO this is really a sore spot.

Anyway, nice car... good luck with it!

Cheers!

Great looking Mini!!, but do me a favor.....remove the rear seat to make sure you don't slip up and let someone ride in the "Deathseat." There's no way anyone could survive a rear ender back there 2" from the rear bumper.

hehehe yeah, i do have a rear seat delete, but im not a fan of the look tho
besides, theres no room there for even a toolbox, so i dont think anyone would want to even attempt to sit there.
ill put up some more pics as i detailed it yesterday and removed the checkers from the roof. man, black is beautiful once clean.
the only thing that sucks on these cars is the rear end getting dirty instantly from boxy look.
check this picture out, guy drove it for a month i think he said with no wash, check the sides and check the back. grrr
