How do I remove this door trim?
 

I am going to paint my interior to body colour and I am stuck on 2 very last pieces. those are the trangular pieces behind the handle bar at the front of the storage bin. I heard the entire door pannel has to be removed to take those out. is that true? could there be any other ways? thanks alot

also should i paint the side vents too? will it make a big difference?
