Now I know why they call it a "particulate filter"
It is apparently designed to filter out cigarette butts. I had at least 4 of them in the air box when I removed the filter. Anybody have similar results? BTW, I don't smoke, nor did the previous owner.

Maybe someone is walking by and flicking them into your car. |
if they are all the same brand of butts some one is calling your car their ashtray
