Anyone Replaced the Interior Driver Side "Sill"?

Folk, My 2002 is in great shape -- expect for the interior plastic on the driver side where the buttons to open the trunks are located. Not sure if this is considered a "sill" or not. But I'm sure I'm not the only bigfoot out there who has scuffed this thing silly over the years. Seems pretty scrape prone. Anyone else replaced this piece?

If so was it difficult -- any where did you find the part? Can't seem to locate one anywhere. Thanks, guys!

See parts diagram here. They have left side diagram only, but believe you are looking for #20. I'd call to confirm drivers side order.
