Does anyone know which color wire in the Row C (the one for cd changer) controls the power? It's the connection with the three different colors.

Awesome...Thanks. I saw a manual online for the cdr 220 but the C part was missing. Also on my radio itself, it is omitted. So if I wanted to make a switch to turn the power off the cd changer with just one wire, would it be #7 or #8 or something else? I'm guessing the +12V wire, but then again the "On" one confuses me.

The diagram indicates that pin 7 turns the changer on/off, pin 8 provides constant 12V power and pin 9 is the ground. I am not 100% sure if the CD ON signal has enough juice to operate the system correctly if you just connect pins 7 & 8 together. I would keep the 12V power and CD On/Off signals in separate wires.

I ended up cutting the +12V wire (#8). This now allows me to select AUX as an input and use the same RCA cables attached to the cd changer to make a new source. When I want the CD player back, I flip the switch to power the changer on and it overrides the circuit and AUX is no longer selectable and is replaced by CDC. I'm still deciding on how I want my switch integrated.

I ended up hooking the system up but I'm having a problem. I keep hearing a faint whining sound. As if it's feeback or something. It's more easily noticeable when the volume is the same but a part on the song goes down. The intensity is directly proportional to how fast I am traveling. This is probably why I didn't notice it when I had everything setup initially from a standstill.

It only occurs on my AUX output and not any others. What I've done is basically separated the RCA's from the CD changer using a splitter so that one output is the cd changer and the other is a 3.5mm. I installed a switch using regular thermostat wire to allow me to cut off power to the cd changer and allow me to use the aux input. Any ideas as to why I'm hearing that feedback type noise?

Could be a floating ground. How did you ground the aux input and CD changer together?
