Rolled fenders ?

I was detailing my 03 S this weekend and was cleaning under the fenders and realized that they had been rolled by one of the previous owners. Should I take advantage of this ? What size wheels and tires could i fit with the rolled body work ? any suggestions ?

I highly doubt they are rolled. Mine too looks rolled, but thats the way they are.

On my 97 the fenders are rolled from factory
