cdr-23 replacement??

I have an '03 with a cdr-23 with 6cd changer and the bose wind-speaker system. I want to replace the receiver unit. Anyone find a good replacement unit?

I believe blaupunkt radios are a direct plug and play replacement as they use the same connectors as the factory becker.
