Bearing replacement tools advice

I'm thinking of changing my rear wheel bearings.
I saw this tool on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Pilot-Bearing-Puller-Auto-Tool-Mercedes-Porsche-VW-Audi-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem1c09973f44QQitemZ12041 9991364QQptZMotorsQ5fAutomotiveQ5fTools

Did anyone try it? from it's consrtuction it seems that one would be able to pull the bearing without removint the strut..

Any advice? any links to DIY?

Thanks
Sasha

Other than the fact that this is the tool to remove the pilot bearing from the back of the crankshaft, which is about 1/10th the size of the bearing you are trying to remove, it should work just fine...................Not!

You might want to check into this place. They've got an extensive selection of specialty automotive tools. I've bought a few times and have been pleased.
