20K Mile Service Question

First a bit of background....I bought my 2007 Box used about a year ago, with 15K miles. I changed the oil and replaced the cabin filter when I got it home. I took it to the dealer at 18K for a warranty repair, and they completed a "The Porsche Multi-Point Inspection Report" (list price $159??) on a courtesy basis. They recommended a brake flush which I did at another shop. I now have just over 20K miles.

Finally the questions... 1) From a warranty perspective, do I need an "official" 20K mile sevice, or did the inspection report at two years/18K cover it? 2) I'm going to replace the air filter, summer tires have a few more miles in them; is there any other practical preventive maintanence I should do?

Thanks
