I just saw this and thinking of trying. anyone know where this is in the boxster? i am assuming it is above the fuse box.

Oh ToolPants? Where are you, dude?

Tell us if this will cause any problems or have side effects... I hate that clicking sound my clutch makes as well!

you know I brought my car in for a service checkup and the next day I noticed the clutch required me to push it ALL THE WAY DOWN to start up.
Before it seemed like I just needed to push it in some, now its like metal to the metal or nothing.
What happened?

by the way would this be a good hack if you wanted to install one of those remote auto starts?
I noticed all the guys who worked at Circuit City had them on their 5 speed imports. That's a great feature during winter.
