Water leaks in through the window

My 2001 Boxster S 986 leaks through one of the seals on the driver side window whenever it is parked in the rain. Any ideas how to deal with this?

Are the side windows going all the way up in their track? The cheapest easiest way might be to invest is a high quality cover.

Another Boxster owner had a leak on the drivers side. It was coming in around the mirror. His leak traveled down a wire near the speaker and was wetting the front side carpet area. The door panels have a plastic bearer and area had become opened which allowed the water to leak inside the car, instead of draining out the bottom door drains. Check this as it may be your problem.
