Buying a 2003 Boxster S

Well, I have taken the plunge, I have committed to buy a 2003 S, just waiting to get the PPI back. Nice car with a tiptronic, maint. records, and some nice options. If all goes well I will be picking it up a week from Friday. Anything I should be looking for when I pick it up? It has had the RMS replaced and looks like it is in excellent condition.

If the person doing the PPI knows what he's doing, you should be in good shape. It's an almost 7 yr old car, he's bound to find something. Other than that, read this forum like crazy. It's helped me immensely with my '02 S. Oh, also pick yourself up a Bentley shop manual for $60-$70. There's one on eBay now:

Hope your PPI and purchase work out.

Thats a great color combo, black and savannah I think?

Just change the oil and drive it a lot. Don't get scared by the IMS paranoia.
