No Turn Signals, No Emergency Flasher

1999 Boxster. Are these on the same relay? I found the relays, but are they marked as to function?

I checked all fuses...all good. Would all TS/Emerg bulbs blow simultaneously? Haven't checked bulbs.

I'll replace flasher relay, and go from there. $20 on eBay.
