Oil leak at my trans

I have a 2000 S with 68,000 miles with a TIP trans. I have the car up on stands while I go thru the brakes. I noticed while giving the underneath a visual inspection for any oil leaks, I came across oil on the right/passenger side trans axle case. The oil seems to be dripping down and was not thrown all over the place. The hub coming out of the case was dirty from oil and dirt build up. It looks like it may have been going on for sometime. I removed the skid plate and it was pretty nasty from grease and grime. I did not notice any dripping of oil from the RMS. Any thoughts. JB :ah:
