Fast turn signal

In the last couple of days, my turn signal is clicking at about twice the rate it used to. What is the cause, and how can I get it back to normal?

I've got an 06 Boxster, still under warranty.

burned out bulb?

This can happen when a bulb is burnt out, or if the headlamp is not making a good connection with the headlamp receptacle.

I had this same problem, fast blinking signal, when replacing my front headlamps - I had to hold the headlamp housing in place from under the wheel well to make my new lights fully connect when pushing them into place.

I would check visually to verify all lights are working as expected. Let us know what you find.

You have a bulb out. All cars do that.

Some cars also use a flasher module that can go bad and cause the same effect.

Wonder if Jake & Charles can develop a fix for this RMBS failure issue.

Is Mobil an approved OEM Blinker Fluid supplier? If so is it really as good as proclaimed and worth the extra cost? TIA, Cheers, Regards.

I thought it was the blinker intermediate shaft bearing going bad.
