As you know, this stuff is highly subjective. It might be slightly "cooler", but its not blue, and that is anything but cool in my opinion. Visibility seems better. This is real world, seat of the pants testing, and definitely not scientific. The major flaw in my testing was not trying a set of new OEMs before the Ultras.
Would I do it again, not sure... maybe...
Oh, and by the way, I have four spare bulbs of the OEM variety
