Tire Pressure Monitor Question

I will soon be buying winter snow tires and wheels for my 2007 Box. Do I need to (or should I) buy TPMs as well? I would like to save the bucks, but am wondering if I will get constanst error messages from the dash if I leave them off. Thanks!

You'll contantly get the red exclamation point on your dash w/o TPMS. The system will be looking for the sensors in the tires and won't be getting a return signal since they're not there. Hence the warning on your dash. I dislike ignoring dash lights, so I bit the bullet and bought a set of sensors for my snows.

I bought my monitors from Sunset Porsche. Not sure if the monitors from Tire Rack will work or not. Didn't want to spend the $$$ and find out they didn't. Wasn't much difference between Sunset and Tire Rack to take the chance.

But that's just me.
