Rpm "hunt" at startup

being the overly cautious/paranoid person that I am.. I go to start the box up today and right at startup, it began to "hunt" for about a second before it "corrected" itself and returned to a normal idle (500 it seems)

We have had a drastic change in weather here the past two days (temp drops and constant rain.. thank god!!) so I'm wondering if I could attribute some of it to that?

No other issues with the car at all, half tank of gas, oil change 3k miles ago, 45k miles, MY '00 Tip.

Something dirty? Something major? Thoughts?

THanks!

Probably weather change, but it could also be dirty throttle body, a vacuum leak or a MAF/oxygen sensor starting to act up. If you have not done it for a while, you may just want to clean out your throttle body and see if it starts to behave itself.
