Window not working
 

I have a 98 Boxster, lately the passenger window has been giving me problems going up or down. it still goes up or down partly but is making a grinding noise while doing this. I think there are 2 parts to the power window the motor and the regulator but i could be wrong. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it successfully?

Sounds like the regulator to me. Has a lot of plastic parts that break. Have to get the door panel off and look at what is going on inside.
