visor mirror replacement ??

I bought a new replacement visor mirror off ebay ,the old one had a broken hinge on the cover ,does anyone know the trick to get the old mirror off the visor ?I tryed prying the old one off but did not want to damage anything

No trick, just a smaller screw driver to pry the old one out. Look at the new one to get idea's of where to start.
