Moda MD1

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=MD1803BSATML&wheelMake=moda&wheelModel=MD1&wheelFinish=Bright+Satin+w%2FMachined+Lip&showRear=yes&selectedRear=MD1808BSATML&autoMake=Porsche&autoModel=Boxster+S&autoYear=2001&autoModClar=&filterSize=All&filterFinish=All&filterSpecial=false&filterBrand=All&filterNew=All&sort=Brand

Anyone seen them on a 986 or 996? I know Moda is owned by BBS,so I'm guessing they are of OEM or better quality. If anyone has had any experience with Moda wheels please feel free to post about it.

I was looking at those wheels too. They look very nice. Why not just click on the button that says "view on vehicle". It shows it on a Boxster. Here you go. I did it for you. These don't look that different from the ones you have. I would just keep those Carrera wheels.

Wasn't it just one rear? Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy one Carrera rear wheel instead of a complete new set.

Moda Wheels

I have a set, don't remember the name. I got a deal on them from TireRack.com because they have been discontinued. They are 18"s and I have had no complaints.

I just put a set of 19" Moda MD1 on my 986S. I bought these from TireRack (9" fronts and 10" backs) Tires: 265/30 rear, 225/35 front. They are great and light in comparison to my stock 17s. Here are some pics...
